At lululemon, we’re committed to an equitable, inclusive future
that fosters growth—without exception.

We created IDEA, or Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action, to help foster a culture of inclusion where diversity is celebrated, equity is the norm, and action is the commitment. IDEA allows us to innovate solutions, products and experiences that empower diversity.

Spotlight on: The Pride Collection 2024.

Taking cues from the vibrant colours of the dancefloor, this year’s Pride graphic
is rooted in the self-discovery, fluidity, and tenacity of the LGBTQ+ community.

A message from our CEO, Calvin McDonald.

At lululemon, we’re on a journey to drive meaningful, lasting change in the world—and promote wellbeing across our communities. As part of our Impact Agenda, we’re accelerating programmes to become a more inclusive and diverse company.

After many real and impactful conversations with our underrepresented employees and our greater community, we heard loud and clear that we need to evolve behaviours both within our own walls and our collective.
